With all the high water that we have encountered the past couple of years, there are lots of muskrats to trap, and the coyote population is high in our area. East river furbearer seasons run from early November through about the first of May for muskrat, beaver, mink, and weasel. Fox, badger, raccoon, skunk, opossum, jackrabbit, and coyote are open year-round.

See regulations for details.
